Nori
A rare sake with only 13% alcohol by volume.
Because it is unfiltered, there is a slight cloudiness. But it is basically clear and clean. The smell is not that strong, but it has a gentle fruity aroma.
When you drink it, it is light and comfortable like water. After drinking it, the gentle fruity sweetness and aroma spreads and then disappears smoothly. Thanks to the firm bitterness, it doesn't leave any aftertaste at all. There is a strange feeling as if it evaporates in the mouth. It is a perfect image that it really disappears smoothly. It's quite interesting.
It's not my favorite because I prefer it to be thick with gusto, but it's a good drink.
I wish it would come out of the tap instead of water.
