ヒンナ
Drinking out in Shizuoka for the first time in a while. We went to a restaurant with a good selection of Shizuoka sake.
The menu only lists the brand name, and they asked us to look in the fridge. They only have honjozo, but some of them are junmai (pure rice). Since the price was the same for all of them, I decided to go for the Junmai.
It was a dry yet sweet sake with a clean, clean taste with little clutter, and the snacks went down a treat. It was delicious!
