Very refreshing when drunk at room temperature. It has a slight bitterness.
If you heat it up, as the label says, it becomes very gentle with a sweet aroma.
The sake rice is Tamasakae. The rice polishing ratio is 50%, but the label says Junmai Ginjo.
The acidity is 2.0 and the sake level is +11.
The alcohol content is high at 18.8, but the taste is not overpowering, and the flavor is delicious.
