Soga-no-Honor" was served at the Odawara Kamaboko Dori Revitalization Council's "Autumn Sake Ajiwai Tour - Junmai Sake from 13 breweries".
The snack was deep-fried mame-aji (horse mackerel). It was an exquisite dish, but the restaurant's response was quite disappointing. We were left waiting for about 20 minutes after entering the store. There were people waiting for takeout, new customers, souvenir buyers, people on ajiwai tours, and all sorts of people mingling in the store, but basically all were left alone.
The explanation of the Ajiawai tour was also very vague.
