I went to the pottery festival in Shigaraki.
Raccoons everywhere. It was fun. It was wonderful to be able to buy not only pottery but also sake at the festival. And to be able to buy sake for home use, which is not so polished.
The other day, I drank a delicious Shiki sake.
It was a delicious sake with a modern flavor, but with a lightness and a strong rice and sake flavor behind the lightness.
This time, since it is a junmai sake for drinking at home, I guess the target is us old guys. It was right in the middle of the thick sake. Too good.
It is also nice to be able to drink Shiga sake with Shigaraki ware.
