Shichihon'yari木桶仕込 生酛 木ノ環
Ryohei
It has been a long time since I had a bottle of Shichibonshiryari.
I opened the bottle on the 22nd, after a very tiring day of teaching school for the first time.
This sake was brewed using the classic method of using wooden vats and a traditional sake yeast yeast yeast, and the bottle also had a sake-like appearance.
The sake is easy to drink and has a refined sweetness and umami of rice. Since it is a sake with a fresh yeast yeast, the umami is not instantaneous, but rather smooth and full-flavored.
The taste is as expected from Tomita Shuzo.
I would like to visit the brewery if I ever go to Nagahama.
I would like to have it again! Thank you for the sake!
