Iso-Jiman, which we found at a local sushi restaurant we visited after walking about 5 km.
We had a nice dinner while picking up sushi.
It was my first time to eat iso-boasting.
The aroma is faint. Is the influence of the number of days after opening the package?
In the mouth, it is beautifully sweet and lightly delicious.
There is a hint of sourness and bitterness.
There are few inconsistencies and it is light, but it is deep and elegant.
There is also a sweetness in the aftertaste, but it is refreshing and comfortable.
There is no bad taste at all.
It has a clear feeling and enhances the meal.
I am convinced that the owner of the sushi restaurant chose this wine.
