This is my first Jikin.
In the mouth, it has a gorgeous pineapple flavor, a delicious taste, and a slight bitterness that spreads and then breaks off easily.
It is a sake with a perfect balance.
It's sad that I don't have the vocabulary to describe the taste.
I want to keep drinking it.
