Mikotsuru金紋錦 純米酒2014
ひなたまひる
At "kokori", a famous sake tavern in Awajicho, Tokyo.
I ordered a bottle of Gokotsuru, which I had tasted on a trip to Nagano, and found it to be an old sake.
The one I had had in the past tasted slightly effervescent and refreshing, but this one tasted like a fine shochu or single malt whiskey, a crystal of concentrated and rich flavor.
I sipped it slowly and carefully.
