I told the owner that Senbonnishiki was delicious, and he recommended Nigori sake. Nigorizake is always a bit like calpis, and I thought, "Isn't that what it is? The kind of thing that's easy for women to drink, right? I thought it was a great finish, but this is as good as it gets. Delicious.
