The nose has a fruity aroma like a mix of black grapes and pears in the ratio of 3 to 7. The sweetness is moderate at this point. It is soft and smooth for a freshly squeezed sake, and it goes down the throat smoothly without any stickiness. It can be served lukewarm! Slightly acidic and refreshing.
