The aroma is of a sweet, sugary sweetness with a hint of rice flavor.
The mouthfeel is mildly sweet and acidic. As the aroma suggests, it has the umami of rice, sweetness of sugar, and lactic acidity. While one would expect this to continue, the umami sweetness finally swells up, leading to a pleasant sweet-amami aftertaste.
It has a surprisingly classic flavor. Following the Hououmida mentioned earlier, this wine has a fine taste that would be presented at a sake competition. It is delicious!
If I were to compare this crop to Ghibli, it would be the policeman from "The Witch's Delivery Service. He is handsome, but a bit stiff at first. Well, he is a policeman. But his smile as he winks at Kiki at the ending is refreshing and wonderful.

This sake probably would have had more stars if I drank it normally. But on this day, I had a series of sake from the sake competition, so to be honest, I was a little tired of it. I would like to drink it again if I can come across it again.
