Last night we had #Tsuchida 99 Junmai-shu UA version from #Tsuchida Shuzo in Tone-gun, Gunma Prefecture, served cold. It was sweet and sour at 14 degrees, and because it was made with #6 yeast, it was very clean and light. I was so thirsty after a hot bath that I was about to drink it as fast as a sports drink.
Next time I would like to try it at room temperature or warmed up 😊.
