Refreshing aroma, a little alcohol.
When you take a sip, hmm? There is a surprisingly strong assertion of bitterness in the sweetness. There is no cloying taste, but I wonder what this assertion of bitterness is.
I'm having it today with eho-maki (rice rolls).
A slight correction. This is the one that tastes better when the temperature range is raised. As it gets to room temperature, the bitterness subsides and the sweetness increases! Is it possible to warm it up?
