Nice to meet you, Koikawa 😃. It's a very light and dry sake with a Sake degree of +21 degrees! It tastes like a light and dry sake. I had the sea bream simmered in Kabuto-niku with a sweet and spicy flavor. The sweet and spicy rich seasoned Kabuto nikomi goes great with it........ Dry sake is the best combination for delicious simmered dishes and nabe. Both the food and the sake are great 🐴🐴🐴🐴🐴.
