We had a freshly opened bottle 🍶.
The top aroma is soft and sweet with a hint of hardness 🤔.
Slightly carbonated and dusty on the palate 🫧.
The sweetness is light and slightly dry.
The sweetness increases as the temperature rises, but is it a little hard? 🤔
Taste aside (or not), the third label says "brewed with No. 10 yeast...", right?
So Jyushiyo is made with No.10 yeast 🤔.
