It is a clear, acidic sake with a gorgeous taste. I had an image of Sentori as being more sweet, but maybe that is a modern one? Aside from that, I think it is a very tasty food sake. It went well with garlic-infused carrot rapé. Surprisingly, I think it was slightly won over by grilled shiitake mushroom cheese, isobe-roasted bamboo rings, and salmon sashimi. It is very tasty, but I would like to know what it goes best with. I'd like to know what goes best with what.
