ふみちく
The aroma is sweet and sour with a hint of alcohol. When served at room temperature, it is rich, with a delicious amino acid flavor and a slightly heavy acidity. It is a nostalgic sake.
The brewer recommends drinking it at room temperature or warmed. It certainly looks delicious when heated. When chilled, it is more refreshing and easier to drink. I think I prefer it cold 😅.
