It is made from rice called "Yoneshiro".
It is a nigorizake, but it has a clear aroma.
In the mouth, it has a unique sweetness.
It's like a lightened version of a good Dobroku.
The alcohol content is also low at 12 degrees.
It's winter, but it looks good when you drink it cold in summer.
