The aroma is subtle, yet has a core that penetrates deep into the nose. On the palate, one senses a rounded sweetness. The complex flavor is hidden deep within, perhaps due to the combination of six different types of rice?
The aftertaste is clean and does not linger. The end leaves a slightly peculiar flavor in the mouth. It is somewhat similar to rice crackers.
At first, I thought the taste might be too strong, but the overall impression is very gentle.
