Tomo-kichi
I bought the Seiten from Hiran immediately when it came in.
The Kagura next to it was delicious the last time I drank it, so I bought it again: ☺️
While Kagura was an unfiltered draft, this one has the same sake yeast and 14% alcohol, but it has a clearer and drier taste, more like an everyday drink.
It still has some grapefruit sweetness and acidity, though not as much as Kagura.
I wonder if Nikkomaru will be next!
