bouken
At Takatsu Sake Shop in Kusatsu. This sake is also available in Osaka, but I bought it while buying other sake.
They have a wide selection of sake from the Meimon Sake Association and Shiga Prefecture, including Raifuku, Yuho, Nohkuchi Naohiko Research Institute, and Enayama.
Made with Yamadanishiki produced in Koka.
Slight and gentle on the palate. Gentle fruity taste. Almost no alkaloids. It tastes even better than expected.
It's a daiginjo, but you can buy it for about 1,500 yen, so it's cosy too.
