Sake at Izakaya Fukuro in Aomori.
I was told it was the restaurant's original!
It was fruity, not too sweet and refreshing, with just the right amount of umami to my liking.
The sashimi was not too small at all, and the mozuku seaweed from Oma was very tasty and new to me. The local dish of shellfish miso was really tasty and impressive.
It was a izakaya that I just popped into, but I'm glad I did 🎶I'll definitely go back!
