Although it is a draft sake, it is watered down to 15 degrees Celsius, so to be honest, it does not have an ogre-like quality to it.
It is an easy-drinking, not too sweet honjozo, with a glimpse of the gorgeousness that is typical of the Sangorosugi style.
I wish it were not watered down.
PS: It went well with a pot with a strong flavor.
It has a sense of Kagemusha. It is very good as a food sake. Sorry for saying such a terrible thing.
