たっけんI've had it cold, cold, lukewarm, and hot, and lukewarm was the best. Cold sake is spicy, but lukewarm sake mellows out the flavor and richness. The hotter it is, the more alcoholic it becomes, so I think I like it lukewarm. I'll end the day with a beef rice ball from Matsuya and this sake.
