Polishing ratio 55%, alcohol content 15%, Sake degree +7, acidity 1.2. This is the first sake I have ever had. My impression is that it is a traditional sake. It is a type of sake that I don't drink very often. It's not the type of sake that you drink in a strong gulp, but rather one that you enjoy in small sips. I wonder if it would change a little if it were heated up, but I didn't have the chance to try it. I think so, but it was gone before I tried it. It was a 300 ml bottle that I bought at a local supermarket, so it ran out quickly.
