うやToday, I went to Tomikunishiki's new sake festival as I do every year.
This year, there was more space for tasting and many customers lined up to try the sake, but since I had no choice but to drive there, I could not get in line for the tasting.
But I could not get in line for the tasting because I had no choice but to go by car. The sake with sake lees was so dry that I thought it was too hot this year.
I opened the bottle when I got home and drank it, but the new sake is fruity and dry.
My favorite taste.
I am happy.
