I bought Xuka Daisen at a local liquor store for the first time in a long time.
I like fruity raw sake and have been buying it every year since about 3 years ago, but recently it seems to have become somewhat less sweet.
Of course, that's not bad either, so I bought it in a bottle.
It was delicious!

As the days passed since I opened my mouth, it became softer and softer. I like it more now.
I've heard a lot of people say that the corners get rounded off, but this may be the first time I've actually felt it. Because I drink it as soon as I open it.
