Izumi Hyokan is a brand produced by Shindo Sake Brewery, the maker of Kurozaemon and Gazanryu.
I have the impression that it is not often seen in Tokyo.
I guess the concept is to make sake using rice from other prefectures.
This is a 100% Miyamanishiki honjozo.
The taste is crisp, clean, and quite clear.
The aroma is gorgeous and the dry taste is well balanced,
I would like to drink this sake again.
