Hard and dry! It's hard! ＋I've never tasted anything as dry as 27!
I knew it was coming, but it's so dry!
It's got a vodka feel to it! It reminded me of the days when I used to drink all kinds of Western liquors in my bar space at home.
You can feel the rice aroma on the palate, but the heat, bitterness, and freshness in the mouth and after swallowing are similar.
Meat is the best match for this. I think it would be better with a steak than a chicken or a Japanese flavor!
