It has been a long time since I last had a Kuheiji. It is easy to drink with just the right amount of sweetness and sourness. I tried it with Italian food, but it was a little different.... But it is very tasty as a sake. The price was quite reasonable, so it might be one of the best cospa bottles. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to try it.
