Delicate. Like clean water. You don't feel like you are drinking sake, so even people who don't like sake can enjoy it.
It was perfect for the first toast.
In fact, this is a special version for the Akita Sake Enjoyment Party. I have never had the regular version, so unfortunately I could not tell the difference.
