The aroma is somewhat pear-like. The mouthfeel is smooth and silky, with a hint of chili gas. The juicy, fruity, mellow sweetness spread out and disappeared with a slight sourness, again like a fruit.
Light and silky, it was a delicious sake that we could understand why everyone was buying it so vigorously.
