It's been a long time since I've had a goose tree.
I have heard that the fragrance of Yamaguchi's ganki, Ki, is purposely kept to a minimum.
There is not much aroma, but it has a faintly sweet aroma and a pineapple-like flavor.
The mouthfeel is clean and sweet, with a good sharpness.
It has the richness of the original sake, and Ganki is delicious!
I can feel it!
The brewery is located at the mouth of a river, and for a while the water was not good, so it was brought from a mountainous area about 50 kilometers away from the brewery.
It seems that the water is different now, but I guess a lot of hard work went into making it the delicious sake it is today.
When I think about it, the taste is even better!
