Purchased as a souvenir for myself on a trip to Niigata
I decided on this one after drinking a lot at the Ponshukan. The one I tasted was a special junmai, and the one I bought was a junmai ginjo.
I heard it won a gold medal at the Tasteful Sake in a Wine Glass Awards.
Sweet taste and easy to drink with no bad aftertaste.
It is less habitual than the special junmai we tasted, but not as bad as it sounds.
