The first day's supernatant was clear and crisp like a green apple, but on the second day it started to thicken around the middle, and at the end it was as thick as porridge, and I was full.

By the way, the fourth picture is from last month when I went to the brewery for Iraka white. We have two more chances this month.
We also visited Farm Ichimaru, but it was closed on Saturday. Not sure if they have it in stock now.
Thinking about going back this weekend😅.
