Sweet, easy to drink and a nice smell of cedar barrels....
I hate cedar because of pollen, but the cask sake was very satisfying.
I bought a 720ml bottle, but when I served it at New Year's, my sister and father drank most of it, so I decided to buy a full bottle for my next reservation.
