I️ don't know how to tell you how impressed I️ am with this... it's just too good!
It's 28BY, so the sake was brewed in 2016 and shipped in November 2020, which means it was aged for over 3 years😌.
The color is also #mature sake itself with a yellowish tinge😊.
Anyway, it's mellow yet powerful ️.
The aroma is like dried grapes and oak, when you drink it, it is softly wrapped and the flavor is concentrated✨.
I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm sure it's a good idea.
It's easy to drink at room temperature, and even more delicious warmed up, but it can be enjoyed at any temperature😌.
Yamane Zouzou brews each sake for each producer, and this time it's Kazuma Yutaka's Chikara 😌.
This time, it's from Yutaka Kazuma 😌 The rice had been discontinued, but Yamane Brewery has revived it.
And the yeast is #Kurashiki yeast😌.
