The taste is dry and dry, but the harmony with the slight sweetness of rice raises the happiness level.
It may be the strongest nigori sake that goes well with all kinds of snacks. I still like nigori sake.
I am ashamed to admit that I had never heard of Shichibonsyu, but I was attracted by the name and bought it. Later, I checked the website and found that only Sakuramoto Shoten sells it in Hokkaido. Such a precious sake.... I'm glad I live nearby☺.
