This is a limited edition sake from a brewery 🍶I definitely wanted to visit this place when I visited Hirado on my trip to Kyushu.
It's a kijoshu with more effervescence. And it's light nigori😊.
The bitterness of the grapefruit and the fizziness seemed to counteract the sweetness of the kijoshu 😊.
It was an unforgettable sake along with the view of Hirado castle under a bright blue sky and white clouds 😊.
