Local sake made from all Gunma ingredients. Slightly yellow, faintly cloudy.
Purchased at the nearest Matsuya Sake Brewery.
With a sake strength of +11 and an alcohol content of 18%, it is aptly described as a super-hot junmai ginjo.
However, the rice aroma, softness on the palate, and a hint of sweetness and umami give the impression that it is not as spicy as it claims to be. There is even a slight numbness on the tongue.
It's plainly delicious. Tsumayaka.
