SAMURAIZ
It is Purple Omachi from Isshaku Suisei.
When poured into a glass, the sake is beautifully clear.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel a fine gaseous sensation on your tongue. When you think the sweetness is at the tip of your tongue, you will immediately feel the bitterness from the back of your tongue and the sourness from both sides of your tongue. It makes your taste buds work at full capacity. It also has a light, rather than mellow, mouthfeel, with a pleasant, fruity aroma that escapes through the nose.
It was an Omachi sake in the Isshaku-Suisei style.
