Kaze no Mori Omachi 807

We ordered a freshly opened bottle of Kaze no Mori recommended for drinking outside. Omachi 807 is a sake brewed with 80% polished rice and No. 7 yeast. The description of this sake seems to have changed since I used to enjoy it. It has a melon-like aroma, a slight carbonation, and a mellow sweet and sour, fruity taste that I like. It was very tasty, and I realized once again that it is my favorite sake.
