The last bottle of the 3 summer sake tasting was the one I was most interested in from the design at first glance.
Our first "Amanoto"🎉!
Amanoto Junmai Ginjo Summer Land of Water
A faintly sweet rice aroma, a gentle umami and sweetness on the palate, and a pleasant aftertaste that finishes with a kick!
The sake rice used was new to me, and it's hard to read 💦.
The longer it took to drink, the more the umami and sweetness seemed to increase as the temperature rose 🤔.
Personally, I liked it the best out of the [Summer Sake Set] 😁.
［I was also worried about the "Manager's Recommendation Set", but I decided to go with the "Summer Sake Set" because I hadn't tried all three ✨.
