For New Year's Day Part 1
I mixed it lightly, but may not have mixed it enough, because I was careful not to blow it out. Slightly fizzy. It has a cloudy texture and a sweet rice taste. After drinking one cup, I mixed it well and it became more concentrated. I am not sure if it became easier to drink or if I became numb from drunkenness.
