Imanishi Shuzo, founded in 1660, made this sake by polishing Yamada-Nishiki to perfection.
It has a strong fruity aroma, and despite being made from Yamada-Nishiki, it somehow has a light and refreshing taste.
The delicious taste of rice continues to waft in the mouth after drinking.
The name of the god of sake is said to be Mr. Takahashi.
I felt very close to him.
