The liquor store near my house has a lot of different kinds of liquor, which is interesting, but in these days of self-restraint, I thought I'd like to drink as I like at home, so I went to a liquor store that sells "Taka". So I went to a liquor store that sold "Kiki" and bought a large bottle to compare. Because of the season, I wanted to drink it warmed up, so I went with Junmaishu, but I started with cold sake, Dewazakura and Midorikawa. Hiya = room temperature Cold sake = kept in the refrigerator Kanzake = heated sake. It depends on the temperature. It's a product of history, politics and compromise.
