This is a limited brew made on a trial basis by the toji (master brewer).
It is extremely delicious.
The aroma reminded me of banana.
The first sip is gently sweet and juicy.
The aftertaste is sharp and quietly disappears.
There is no cloying taste at all.
It is a limited edition sake, so it is hard to find.
If I find it again, I will definitely buy it...
It is a sake that should be drunk cooled down to the perfect temperature.
