るるりMy local sake, just made this year, 100% Saga grown using sake rice produced by Saga University. It is clear and colorless, and has a mildly spicy taste. It has the sweetness of koji with a tangy aroma of alcohol. In the mouth, a soft sweetness spreads, with banana and pear-like flavors. There is a slight sourness and a dry aftertaste. It is a crisp drink, as if the mouth has been rinsed. Delicious. Even though it is drier than I prefer, it is a sake that makes me want to drink it again.
