The color is clear and there is little aroma. At the beginning, it has a gaseous sweetness even though it is hi-ire, and as you continue drinking, bubbles and a little spiciness and acidity appear in the vessel.
We will start drinking the fire-roasted version here again this year! But this one was made in May, so I'm much later to taste it compared to last year😅.
Due to family reasons, I'm drinking less, but so far I've been able to enjoy Morishima every month without fail 😆.
